You will fill out a very thorough in-take form, which I will then meticulously comb through and go over with you to make any clarifications. I will then create a detailed treatment plan from the analysis which includes a food and behavior plan for three months. Keep in mind that making changes to habitual and lifelong patterns takes time, dedication and support. Small yet significant changes can be revelatory. I will provide coaching via email/zoom/phone.
